Lunch: Mark, Mary, Matthias, Michael Salmon tart, asparagus, psb, potatoes pastry 6+3oz (3tbs water) large 600g piece of wild salmon, 2 eggs 5floz cream, some dill. pear cake, rhubarb and ginger sorbet sorbet consisted of some thing like 5-6 sticks rubarb roasted with some sugar, 3 pieces ginger in syrup, 2tbs syrup, 1 glucose 1.5 sheets gelatin, juice of 2/3 orange, some water - total volume 600ml. Slug of ginger liqueur. Didn't quite set firm. Dinner: pea soup mackerel, salad, Jersy royals |
