| Lunch: spag, pesto Diana and Martin wild garlic risotto from which I'd gone up Aggs hill and round the back of Ham hill to get garlic, then thought it wasn't enough and went up Crippets for some more in the afternoon Turkish lamb and cherries, couscous (Diana) Tahini cheesecake recipe from newspaper. | Lunch: dhal, rice I went for a heroic cold ride all morning and Colin sat inside and watched Italian telly and was there lunch ready when I got back??? Dinner: pork fillet, morels, pak choi, chard; pappardelle with cream and stock sauce Trifle with Limoncello, lemon curd, cream, fried almonds.
