I went for a heroic cold ride all morning and Colin sat inside and watched Italian telly and was there lunch ready when I got back???

Dinner: pork fillet, morels, pak choi, chard; pappardelle with cream and stock sauce

Trifle with Limoncello, lemon curd, cream, fried almonds.
